Group Cocktail Manual - The iNUA Hotel Collection / Cliste Hospitality
In early 2025, MK Hospitality worked with The iNUA Hotel Collection/Cliste Hospitality to deliver a strategic, group-wide cocktail manual. This comprehensive project focused on elevating cocktail standards across multiple hotel venues, enhancing consistency, profitability, and team knowledge.
Our part included the creation of a fully customised cocktail manual, covering everything from classic recipes and garnishing techniques to prep guides. Each recipe was costed and input into their costing system system, with pricing recommendations aligned to the group menu.
We worked closely with Cliste’s procurement and design teams to standardise equipment, update printed menus, and coordinate delivery to all sites. The rollout concluded with a group training session at the Radisson Blu Athlone, ensuring team-wide confidence in delivering the new cocktail programme
