Beverage Menu - Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge

In April 2025, MK Hospitality worked with the Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge, to deliver a full update of the hotel’s beverage offering. This included the creation of a refreshed beverage menu featuring an updated wine and cocktail list, along with accurate pricing for all items. Working closely with the hotel and their group procurement, we ensured every item was costed, with gross profit percentages clearly calculated and aligned with the hotel’s financial targets. We also oversaw the design and delivery of a new high-quality physical menu, aligned with brand standards.

To support implementation, MK conducted a day on site which included training on the costing of beverages, a review of the cocktail station setup and equipment, and support for updating pricing through the POS system. The result was an updated beverage offering that reflects both the Keadeen Hotel’s brand along with its strategic and financial goals.
